It’s 9 p.m. and almost everyone has arrived for the holiday weekend. My older brother is due to arrive any minute with his family. As I think about having everyone together in my home for the first time ever, I am so very thankful. I am thankful they were willing to come to Georgia to celebrate the holiday with us. I am thankful the Lord has blessed them all with safe travel here. I am thankful we are all celebrating good health and the Lord has provided jobs for each family in a time when jobs aren’t plentiful.
Then I started thinking about all of you, my extended family in Christ. I am thankful you take time out of your day to pause and read whatever the Lord has placed on my heart. I am thankful I can connect with so many of you, even though you live in many different states . I am thankful for the encouragement you give me by sharing how the messages I share ring true with you. You are all such a huge blessing to me and a part of my family I am thanking the Lord for today, tomorrow and always. Know you are truly loved, not only by me, but by the Father. He is so taken with you and He loves demonstrating His love for you in a variety of ways – the greatest of which was the Cross of Calvary.
So, tomorrow, when you pull up to the table to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends or family, know I am pausing to thank our Father for you.
Philippians 1:3 I thank my God every time I remember you.
[I will not be posting again until December 1st]
Happy Thanksgiving, Susan. May you and your family enjoy a blessed time of fellowship and love.

Hey girl,
I see you are coming to my neck of the woods to speak in March. My home is 8 miles from Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris. I went to college at Young Harris College. We will definitely have to meet for a cup of coffee.
