Have you seen the movie War Room yet? It released this past week and is doing quite well in the box office, ranking number 2 this weekend and bringing in an estimated $10.7M. It is proving, by it's own tagline, that prayer is a powerful weapon. As the fifth movie made by the Kendrick Brothers, War Room starred some recognizable faces in the faith community. Is it Grey or Black and White?

Are you a book person or do you prefer movies? I honestly enjoy both. Obviously, when I read the book and see the movie I am going to prefer one over the other, usually the book. The Best Marinade Ever!

Do you like to cook? It is one of my favorite things to do. I love cooking on the weekends when we're not rushing in a million different directions. I can try new recipes. I like marinading meat overnight before putting it on the grill. By soaking in a marinade over a long period of time, the meat becomes infused with the flavors. To Abstain or Not?

Are you participating in Lent? Lent is the Christian season of preparation before Easter that runs for forty days. Typically, individuals abstain from something as an act of sacrifice for the Lord.
