SAME RIVER SAME WORD

Have you ever been kayaking down a river? I fell in love with kayaking on a family vacation several years ago and when my son said he wanted to do something special together before he went off to graduate school, I knew what I wanted to do. GOT HOPE?

I love this HOPE structure. It sits just off of the Williamson Street exit off of 75 South in downtown Atlanta. It's on a lot that belongs to the Atlanta Mission, a ministry that reaches out to the homeless. The structure was given to them following the Passion Conference, hosted by Louie Giglio. BAAAAAA!

Have you ever been to Scotland? It is a lovely country. While in the United Kingdom, I had the privilege to spend three days in Scotland with a dear friend of mine I've mentored since she was in eighth grade. Have you ever been sitting in church when someone's phone goes off? It's both sad and funny at the same time. “Lady, what are you afraid of?”

Do you battle fear? Many people do and don't even realize it. I have recently picked up an old classic and it has blessed me beyond measure. If you haven't read Hinds Feet in High Places, I highly recommend it. There's even has a devotional out now based on the book. What do you see?

Have I mentioned to you that I started a new workout program in January? It's crazy intense. It's called Hammer & Chisel and more days than not, I feel like I'm the nail getting hammered by this workout. It is all about weight lifting and strength building, which is good considering I had virtually no upper body strength when I began this workout.
