Do you remember the story of the Three Bears? I used to read it to my students when I taught kindergarten. It was always a favorite. The children loved how I'd read in different voices when I came to the line: Somebody's been sitting in my chair." They loved it when I came to the part of Goldilocks getting caught in baby bear's bed. They would giggle, because she got caught somewhere she didn't belong. What are you looking at?

Do you have a favorite coffee shop? A couple of years ago I was introduced to the Chattahoochee Coffee Company that sits on the Chattahoochee River. It has become my favorite spot for writing or kicking back with friends over a cappuccino. The scenery is beautiful and it is just a tranquil place. Do you really know what you’re looking at?

Do you have young children? If so, they probably decorate your refrigerator with their artwork. I used to love displaying my children's latest creation for all to see. Today, if I have artwork on my refrigerator, it is from my niece and nephews in Colorado. They're six and under and so much fun. Have you ever lost something only to find it right in front of you? Yesterday, I was trying to grab too many things at once: the dry cleaning, the letters for the mailbox, my cellphone, my iPad for my meeting, my purse and my car keys.
