Playing Simon Says Did you ever play Simon Says as a child? Whomever Simon was would tell you what to do and you would do it, but only if he/she said “Simon says” before issuing the directive.  If they said to touch your toes without saying “Simon says” then you were out.  My students would play it where Simon did the motions too, even those Simon didn’t say.  It was a great trick to get others out and win the game, thus remaining Simon for another game.
